Hours of Operation and Shipment Times

We are open Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm(CST GM-6 in Winter, CDT GM-5 in Summer) except for major holidays.

All orders will ship on the same day or next business day.

Wire Transfer - select "Other" for payment method in checkout. In the notes section note "Wire Transfer" and we will contact you with bank or other needed information.

Shipping & Taxes

We ship via UPS and US Postal. We will ship within (2) two business days of receiving cleared payment. UPS cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all UPS shipments. Sales to Tennessee are subject to 9.75% sales tax. All orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to custom duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country, as well as certain laws and regulations. It it the responsibility of the receiver to confirm the product can lawfully be imported to the destination country. All duties, taxes, and any additional fees levied once the package is shipped is entirely at the cost of the receiver. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since policies vary from country to country, it might help to contact your local customs office for more information. If a customer refuses to pay import fees, the return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from the cost of the order, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Cancelling Orders

Please contact us above as soon as you realize you want to cancel an order. We try to process orders as soon as they are placed so it may already be on it's way to you.

Returns

UltiMachine guarantees all of it's products. If you find that the product you receive is not up to what you expected, or has other issues please contact us as soon as possible.

No returns after 30 days of purchase.
