This is the MakerGear Hot End Kit for 3mm filament which includes all components needed to complete your 3D printer's extruder hot end.  You have a choice of two barrel sizes, as well as choice of three nozzle sizes.  We also offer as an add-on, laser-cut wooden parts that allow you to mount your hot end to Wade's Nema 17 Extruder design.

This kit includes:

• BigHead Nozzle (choice of 0.35mm, 0.50mm, OR 0.25mm)
• M6 Heater Barrel w/ turned-down ends (choice of 36mm OR 50mm)***
• Rubber Coated Black Fiberglass Insulation (3 small pcs./ 3 large pcs.)
• Partially Assembled M6 HeatCore
• Modular Thermistor Kit
• V3 PEEK/PTFE Hybrid GrooveMount Insulator for 3mm Filament
• Roll of 1/4" x 33' Polyimide Tape
• M6 Nut (x2)
• Small Length of PTFE Tape

• Wade Nema 17 Extruder Wooden Mounts (includes 2 mounts)

***36mm length barrel is compatible with Prusa Mendel design, 50mm length barrel is compatible with Sells Mendel design.***
