This is Kiliment's SD reader compatible with RAMPS.  This reader does not include an SD card.  You may purchase this SD PCB Pre-Assembled (default) or in a DIY surface mount kit.

Pre-Assembled Kit includes:

(x2) 8 Pin Headers
(x1) 2 x 8 Female Header
